We are looking for a Director of Sales who knows how to build, recruit, and deploy blitz teams nationwide.
Position Overview
The Director of Sales will be responsible for recruiting, building, and deploying national blitz teams that sell fiber internet door-to-door for our ISP partners.
During the first 120 days, this role requires hands-on leadership in the field to establish systems, build teams, and drive production.
This is a high-performance leadership role for someone who executes, recruits aggressively, and understands the door-to-door sales industry.
Key Responsibilities
Blitz Team Development & Deployment
- Recruit and build high-performing blitz teams
- Deploy teams into fiber markets across the United States
- Coordinate blitz launches with ISP partners
Field Leadership
- Lead or participate in at least 2 blitzes per month for the first 120 days
- Train new reps on fiber sales systems and closing strategies
- Set clear production expectations for all deployed teams
Recruiting & Team Growth
- Recruit door-to-door sales reps and team leaders
- Develop new market leaders
- Build scalable recruiting pipelines
Performance Management
- Track production metrics across blitz teams
- Hold leaders accountable for performance
- Ensure consistent installs and high close rates
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Applicants must have real door-to-door sales leadership experience.
Required experience:
- Door-to-door sales background
- Experience building or running blitz teams
- Recruiting and developing sales reps
- Managing sales leaders or team managers
- Ability to travel nationally for deployments
Preferred backgrounds:
- Fiber internet sales
- Pest control sales organizations
- Alarm sales organizations
Compensation Structure
This role is commission-only with revenue share participation.
Compensation includes:
- Revenue share percentage of total company gross revenue
- Leadership overrides on deployed blitz teams
- Incentives tied to market expansion and production
As Craven Fiber continues scaling nationally, top operators in this role have the potential to earn high six-figure annual income.
