The Federal Work Study program provides need-based employment for college students.
Work study available on campus and are awarded based on financial need as
determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Hours/Days
Mondays: 11:30am - 5:00pm
Tues - anytime (flexible)
Wednesdays: 11:30am - 5:00pm
Thurs - anytime (flexible)
Fridays: 8am-12pm
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Answering telephones, taking messages and returning calls
Filing and photocopying
Helping students with paperwork
Preparing classrooms for upcoming classes
Providing assistance to students and the coordinators
Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned in support of the College's
mission, core values and goals
Minimum Qualifications
Student must meet Federal Work Study eligibility requirements to apply as well as any
academic department requirements.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of Military Culture and Rank Structure preferred
Must be able to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
