Job Summary
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS KITCHEN EXPERIENCE......We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and support the overall efficiency of our restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Assist in food handling tasks, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
