A 20% automatic gratuity is added to all food and beverage transactions, creating consistent earning potential in a stable, year-round environment. (Average hourly pay including the 20% grat. is approx $24/hr. Peak season this can be significantly higher)

Experience Required

Previous bartending experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant, private club, country club, hotel, or resort is required.

Your Role

The best bartenders don't just remember what people drink.

You'll become one of the most recognizable faces in the restaurant—creating genuine relationships with residents who will return week after week because of the experience you provide.

As Bartender, you'll create memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality, outstanding beverage knowledge, professionalism, and genuine conversation.

You'll help create an atmosphere where residents don't simply come in for a drink—they come in because they enjoy spending time with you and your team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits program.
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations with confidence.
• Build genuine relationships with residents and guests by remembering names, favorite beverages, preferences, and special occasions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and inviting bar.
• Work closely with servers and the culinary team to deliver seamless hospitality.
• Follow responsible alcohol service standards and all company policies.
• Represent our company with professionalism, warmth, and pride.

ServSafe Certification and beverage knowledge are required.
