What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mixer/Baker position at Crave Cookies?
JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee mixing and rolling of cookies, prepare the dough to be used for the day. Achieve stated objectives in food preparation, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final order preparation including preparing beverages and arranging food items.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Crave. Work independently and with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders and create amazing products.
- Evaluate dough at beginning of shift to make sure appropriate amounts are being made
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules of all areas of the store including storage areas
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all dough is prepared according to the recipe and dough is rolled and labeled for later use.
- Occasionally work the counter helping customers or bake and decorate cookies.
