What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cosmetology / Esthetics Educator position at Crave Beauty Academy?
Are you a hair care or skin care expert with a heart for teaching? We are looking for a passionate, licensed professional to join our team as a Cosmetology Educator and/or an Esthetics Educator. If you love the beauty industry and enjoy helping others master their craft, we want to hear from you.
The Role
- Hours: 30–40 hours per week (FT or PT options available).
- Focus: Leading hands-on demonstrations, lecturing on skin physiology and product chemistry, and mentoring students/staff on client relations and technical skills.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active State License as a Cosmetologist or Esthetician.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience working in a Spa or Salon environment.
- Communication: Exceptional people skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging way.
- Values: A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying current with latest trends and treatments.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
