What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Systems Assistant position at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP?
The Business Development Systems Assistant is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data in the Firm’s customer relationship management (“CRM”) database, InterAction, and providing troubleshooting support.
- Manages the ongoing administration of InterAction;
- Assists with preparing daily reports on company executive moves for Partners;
- Works closely with the Firm’s Legal Administrative Assistants, collecting Firm-wide contact (client, supplier, etc.) information and resolving contact information discrepancies with InterAction;
- Helps maintain InterAction by reasearching and reporting on company and contact information in order to provide analytical support to Partners and staff;
- Helps manage special projects/applications that arise for InterAction; and
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- At least one year of working with InterAction (or equivalent CRM system);
- Must be extremely detail-oriented;
- Possess technical systems knowledge;
- Excellent time management and research skills;
- Solid verbal and written communications skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Capable of working well under pressure and coordinating several activities at one time;
- Ability to see projects through to completion; and
- Availability to work overtime, as needed.
Salary : $62,000 - $72,000
