Crate Escape Belmont, a family-owned dog daycare, is looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are truly passionate about working with dogs.
Applicants must be 18 years or older.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous professional experience in pet care (vet tech, dog walker, dog sitter, kennel staff, etc.)
- A genuine interest in learning about dog behavior, body language, and group play dynamics
- Motivation to grow within the company, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles such as Shift Leader
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort handling dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, sometimes loud environment
- Strong time management skills and reliability
- Reliable transportation (we’re conveniently located on an MBTA route)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely supervising and managing structured playgroups
- Moving dogs throughout the facility for daycare, rest breaks, and activities
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
- Monitoring dog behavior and watching closely for signs of stress or illness
- Participating in enrichment activities including outdoor play, structured walks, basic training exercises, food puzzles, and more
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role. Team members must be able to:
- Be on their feet for up to 8 hours
- Lift 50 pounds
- Kneel, crouch, bend, and move quickly when needed
- Confidently work with both small and large dogs
