The Senior Manager, Programmatic, you will be the primary architect of our integrated programmatic buying strategies across CTV/OLV, Audio, and Display. This leader will build a program rooted in incrementality, omnichannel lift, and algorithmic efficiency. They will lead a team responsible for our programmatic campaigns across partners like The Trade Desk and DV360, integrating MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) insights into tactical execution and leading data-driven optimizations to drive business growth.
This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

- Lead Programmatic Strategy across CTV, Video, Audio, and Display, including advanced PMP (Private Marketplace) negotiation, audience segmentation, and frequency management
- Oversee Multi-Channel Execution within The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360, ensuring a rigorous testing roadmap and optimal spend allocation across the funnel
- Directly manage ad verification and brand safety protocols via DoubleVerify/IAS/MOAT to eliminate waste and fraud
- Collaborate with Data Analytics and CRM for advanced audience modeling and closed-loop measurement
- Collaborate with internal teams including Brand, Performance and Email Marketing, eCommerce, SEO/GEO, CRM, Analytics to drive total business outcomes
- Work with in-house Creative teams to develop high-impact assets tailored for CTV and dynamic display
- Serve as the organization’s programmatic expert, educating stakeholders on the evolving ad-tech landscape while managing DSP/SSP and agency relationships
- Own internal clarity and progress towards evolution to a best in class Integrated Media program, stay on top of emerging trends in tools, tech and process
- Lead and manage Programmatic team within Performance Marketing, develop direct reports focusing on data driven, collaborative & customer-focused skillsets
- Deep Programmatic Expertise with extensive hands-on-keys experience in theTrade Desk and DV360, Amazon DSP and others a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex large scale campaigns across CTV, Online Video (OLV), Digital Audio, and Dynamic Display, retail experience a plus
- Strong POV and experience with Programmatic Tech Stack including buying, verification and measurement tools
- Proficiency in leveraging data visualization to translate complex data sets into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
- A passion for testing (A/B, Brand Lift, Incrementality) and a willingness to partner cross-functionally to understand the broader business health
- Data and performance driven mindset, passion for testing and proving value through ongoing optimizations
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Curiosity and willingness to partner with cross functional teams to understand our customer and business
- 8 years experience in Programmatic with 3 years in a Retail/eCommerce environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, economics, statistics or analytics focus preferred or equivalent work experience
- Deep expertise in top buying and measurement platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360 preferred, Amazon a plus)
- Agency or Brand experience managing enterprise level Programmatic budgets, omni specialty retail preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel required
- Retail experience preferred
Salary : $102,000 - $135,000
