- Prepare and maintain Paid Media forecasts and budgets across all programs
- Own the Paid Media budgeting, forecasting, and accruals process with cross functional teams. Meet regularly with Paid Media Channel Leads to ensure proper execution of budgeted plans
- Perform ROI analysis of Paid Media channels to drive investment mix recommendations, in partnership with media planning
- Own the Paid Media monthly billing process across all Channels
- Partner closely with Finance Leadership to stay informed on larger business changes that impact Marketing financials
- Ad hoc projects as needed supporting Paid Media and other marketing Channels
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to present financials and financial analysis to Marketing leadership
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills, that are detail-oriented
- Strong ability to analyze business problems, summarize results and present recommendations to cross functional teams
- Ability to synthesize information necessary for Paid Media budgets, forecasts and business analysis
- Strong ability to organize and analyze large datasets using advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and PivotTables, with strong knowledge of financial modelling.
- 5 years previous experience in financial planning and analysis or other analytic finance role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Marketing Analytics
- Experience using Google Sheets for collaborative data tracking and Google Slides to present financial findings clearly to leadership
- Experience managing and reconciling budgets directly within Medius, our third party reporting tool
Salary : $83,000 - $110,000
