We provide well-marked, highly visible, with dual controls vehicle —
- Teach on the road using our lesson plans and route standards
- Deliver an excellent student experience every ride
- Complete a Real-Time Lesson Report™ after each lesson
- Paid 40-hour instructor training • We cover state fees and pull driving records
What you’ll do
- Coach safe, calm, defensive driving with clear, encouraging feedback.
- Follow pickup-location standards; keep vehicles lesson-ready.
- Document progress in the Real-Time Lesson Report™ before the next pickup.
Path & reporting
- Reports to Manager of Instruction (MOI).
- Total instructor salary band — clear room for growth via internal promotion.
Schedule, compensation & growth
- Employment: Part-time or Full-time. Hourly
- Schedule: On-site, on-road lesson shifts aligned to student demand (primarily Mon–Fri; occasional weekends optional).
