Responsibilities
- Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer's original specification with high quality controls
- Hands-on training with an experienced Field Technicians who will guide you to be a stand alone technician
- Learning basics of:
- Diagnostics
- Calibrations/programming
- Scanning
- Wire/Connector repair
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support
- Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
