- Inspection and quality assurance skills to review work in the field, verify compliance with plans and regulations, and support corrective actions.
- Logistics Management experience to organize resources, scheduling, and workflows across internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools; familiarity with civil or structural engineering projects is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of professional integrity and safety awareness.
