• Sign on Bonus-$5k*
• Commission Based -Weekly draw against commission (potential of making $200k /yr.)

What Must Be Accomplished

• Successfully run camera’s down drains and main lines.
• Follow step-by-step process Nexstar training provided by the company.
• Providing professional quality options for repair and replacement of plumbing.
• Within 24 hours completing the job, following-up with the customer to ask, “how it’s going?” and making sure the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
  
  

How Will Success Be Measured

• Conversion goal of 50%.
• Job costing (building an estimate).
• 20% gross margin.
• Providing 5 star customer service.
  
  

Requirements

• Plumber Experience/knowledge is a must!
• licensed Plumber is a plus!
• Detailed oriented.
• Flexible schedule
• Customer Service skills.
• Ambitious.
