- Salary: $90-$120K/hr. -Depending on experience.

What must be accomplished:
- Train, improve and develop processes for a group of top-of-class HVAC Techs.
- Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth.
- Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the HVAC department.
- Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.
- Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing.
- Work closely with Sales Manager to achieve sales goals.
- Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
- Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
- Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
- Profitability of installation jobs.
- Exceeding monthly budget gross margin.
- Successfully training HVAC technicians to become lead installers.
- HVAC Knowledge is a must.
- Experience of HVAC installer is a plus!
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Management experience.
- You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers and colleagues.
- Communication skills
- Valid Driver's License.
