Craneville Place Skilled Nursing Home & Rehabilitation is seeking a Per-Diem Cook.

Requirements for Cook:
Proven experience as cook.
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware.
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
Job Duties of Cook:
Preparation of meals in accordance with planned menus and recipes.
Preparation of meals that are tasty and appetizing in appearance.
Serve food in accordance with established portion control and safety standards.
Maintain high levels of sanitation during and at the completion of all food production assignments.
Supervise kitchen staff as directed by the Food Service Director.
Assists Dietary Aids when needed
