Cranemasters is seeking a results-driven Strategic Territory Manager to lead revenue growth across the Carolinas through Central Florida region. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and leadership to expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, partner closely with Operations for seamless service delivery, and play a key role in building long-term client partnerships across the railroad and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts across the territory
- Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with railroad, industrial, and emergency response clients
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools and report insights to leadership
- Partner with Operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and improve competitive positioning
- Represent Cranemasters at industry events, customer meetings, and emergency response situations
- Support marketing efforts and broader business growth initiatives
Skills/Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales with consistent revenue growth
- 3 years of sales leadership or team mentoring experience
- Experience in railroad, industrial, or related industries preferred
- Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic selling
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Valid driver’s license; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment & Requirements
- Extensive travel throughout the Carolinas and into Florida
- Availability to support emergency response situations as needed (24/7 environment)
- Ability to work outdoors during site visits in varying weather conditions
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
