Fully onsite position.
Basic Function:
Responsible for growing financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances and trends.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operation metrics tracking
- Analyze financial date and create financial models to support valuation, planning and forecasting
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Perform data extraction and analysis
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
- Aide in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning process
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions and trends
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite of products with advance Excel skills
- Efficient with PowerBI design and analysis
- Coordinate the payment of monthly, quarterly and annual commission & incentive plans
- Oversee and prepare the quarterly bank lending ratio models and compliance schedules
- Assist in the processing and review of bids and quotes
- Other duties as assigned
Required Travel: Minimal (Occasional travel to other Cranemasters Divisions, travel for conferences, workshops, seminars meetings, and/or training).

Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Database Management or Database Analytics
- 5-Plus Years of Experience
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Database Management & Analytics
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- SQL Experience including ad-hoc queries, SQL reporting, T-SQL
- Power BI / Tableau or other visualization tool
- ERP Experience
- Excel & Office suite
- Data Warehouse
- Crystal Reports
Physical Demands:
- Ability to answer phones in order to assist customers
- Walking / carrying / lifting items associated with normal office work (not to exceed 50 lbs)
