Essential Job Functions
- Directs staff in expediting export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing and routing product
- Expedites import-export arrangements and maintains current information on import-export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions
- Effectively manages difficult client situations
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 or more years industry related experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
