ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Reviews invoices, manifests, and other supporting documentation for conformance in accordance with Customs regulations and corporate policies.
- Data entry of commercial information into Customs operating system.
- Obtains necessary, or missing, documentation by calling client when required.
- Verifies documentation for entry and rating compliance.
- Prepares and submits Customs Declarations/Entries to US Customs.
- Provides customer service and assistance via telephone and email as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
- Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Customer Service skills, telephone and email communication
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School graduate or GED, working toward GED
- 1 year experience in heavy data entry
