Performance Management: Consistently meet and exceed performance scorecard metrics (lead activities and revenue achievements) while maintaining disciplined pipeline management.
Strategic Client Selling: Understand each client’s brand objectives and develop tailored programs such as curated luxury retail collections, executive stationery, private events, seasonal gifting, and guest engagement services.
Pipeline Forecasting and Sales Analysis: Accurately forecast sales opportunities, report against key business metrics, and provide insights on customer trends to drive strategic decisions.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service, from initial engagement through program launch and renewal, ensuring Crane is viewed as a trusted, long-term business partner.
Training and Merchandising Support: Support partners remotely and in-person through product training, merchandising consultation, and sales enablement.
Market Insights: Act as the voice of the customer to inform product development, marketing tools, and future growth strategies.
