- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mobile and overhead cranes
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Conduct inspections and ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with the service team and customers
- Previous experience as a crane, heavy equipment, or diesel mechanic preferred
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- CDL and/or NCCCO certification not required, but a plus
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
