What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Member position at Crane & Son Lawn Care?
Our company, Crane & Son Lawn Care, is hiring an experienced seasonal staff member to join our team!
We require someone who has experience that can safely and efficiently operate mowers, edgers, weed eaters, blowers and hedge trimmers in both large commercial and residential settings. Early morning starts are essential. Only experienced candidates should apply.
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. Ability to work outdoors in the Floridian climate is a MUST. Individuals who offer honesty, great communication, excellent customer service, attention to detail and a strong work ethic should only apply. Paid working interviews will be held.
We are a father and son team, who will work closely with the successful candidate in meeting the needs and requirements of our customers and require someone who can utilize their own initiative and work well in a team environment. We will be flexible to accommodate the successful candidates personal and home life requirements. Selected candidate will be hired as W-2 Employee and not as a 1099 contractor.
Immediate start until mid-October, with the opportunity for continued employment after this term. Start pay $18 per hour, weekly pay by direct deposit. Start times vary from 6am to 7am, working until route is complete. Must have dependable transportation to commute to the 34714 Clermont area. Duties include edging, mowing, weed eating, hedge trimming, blowing and general equipment upkeep (such as refueling, blade changes etc.)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
