Position Summary
The Security and Badging Specialist is responsible for managing all personnel security requirements, job site badging processes, and Driver Qualification File (DQF) compliance. This role ensures that all employees and contractors meet site-specific access requirements and that company records comply with federal, state, and client regulations.
Key Responsibilities
· Security & Badging
· Coordinate and manage employee and contractor badging for job sites
· Ensure compliance with site-specific security requirements
· Track badge expirations and renewals
· Driver Qualification Files (DQF)
· Maintain DQFs in accordance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
· Monitor licenses, medical certifications, and documentation
· Compliance
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and client regulations
· Prepare for audits and maintain organized records
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
