What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at Crane Renovation Group and Careers?
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. This role is key to keeping operations running smoothly while providing excellent support to our customers, sales team, and internal staff. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings variety.
This role will be in the office Monday-Friday.
What You’ll Do
As our Project Administrator, you will:
- Review and confirm accuracy of all documents submitted for customer contracts.
- Communicate with the service team about pertinent customer information.
- Locate customer accounts and provide knowledgeable feedback on all aspects of their projects.
- Work efficiently in multiple CRM and ERP systems.
- Handle general administrative duties including client and internal communication, data entry, filing, and CRM management.
- Collaborate with internal service and production staff to ensure consistency in processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics/scheduling and/or accounting, preferred.
- Strong computer skills to include: SalesForce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upwardly to top management and downward to a wide range of audiences
- Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- A detail-focused approach with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a team-oriented environment.
