Your Impact
- Transform blueprints/job orders into precise parts by determining sequencing, feeds/speeds, fixtures, and depths of cut.
- Own your setups—fixtures, chucks, collets, jaws—and establish accurate startup dimensions multiple times per day.
- Run both conventional equipment (lathes, mills, grinders) and CNC lathes or milling centers across metals and nonmetals.
- Partner with programmers/engineering to edit CNC programs and drive continuous improvement.
- Assure quality using calibrated gauges; continuously monitor operations; deburr with bench tools.
- Support the team with other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- 6–12 months of hands-on machining experience/training, or equivalent education and experience.
- Associate’s degree from a two-year college/technical school preferred.
