WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Value Stream Supervisors, you will oversee the daily operations of a designated value stream, ensuring smooth production flow. The Value Stream Supervisor will have a direct impact on our operations department, responsible for: Supervising and coordinating production activities within the value stream to meet operational goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Leading and motivating a team of operators and support staff, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce. Implementing lean manufacturing principles, such as 5S and value stream mapping, to identify and eliminate waste, improve processes, and enhance efficiency. Quickly addressing production issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflow. Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement. Managing labor, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 3-5 Years of Operations or Supervisory experience. Manufacturing environment preferred. Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement processes is a plus. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvements.
