What You’ll Be Doing
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build, hands-on global experience and knowledge in Human Resources. This role will have visibility across the Global HR Organization and Senior Leadership team.
As the Global HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations in HR for our Headquarters location based in Malvern, PA. In this role, he/she will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and implementation of all global HR business processes, technologies, policies, and procedures. In this role, he/she will have responsibility in supporting the Global HR Operations & Talent Development Manager with regards to:
You will bring HR foundational knowledge with a well demonstrated history in driving a project to completion while taking ownership for your areas of work. The ideal candidate will be a team player in partnering with all global operations teams and associates. This is a critical role within the organization and will be a major influencer on the shaping the newly created HR Talent Development and Operations department.

As the Global HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations in HR for our Headquarters location based in Malvern, PA. In this role, he/she will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and implementation of all global HR business processes, technologies, policies, and procedures. In this role, he/she will have responsibility in supporting the Global HR Operations & Talent Development Manager with regards to:
- New Hire Onboarding - manages the new hire orientation and facilitation of the onboarding process for all new hires in Malvern, PA . This includes conducting the weekly (based upon hires) new hire day 1 schedule. Onboarding Contact for Malvern – handles, prepares, and sends all offer letter preparation for review to HRBP with new hire starting in Malvern.
- HRIS Management – Responsibility for managing the global HRIS management system (PeopleSoft). Provides leadership and oversees employee information collection, analysis, and reporting; supervises the input of data and ensures data integrity and accuracy.
- Project Management –Develop understanding of end-to-end HR processes and be able to act as competent back –up for other team members
- Local HR Lead - Act as the onsite point of contact for all employees located at the Malvern site.
- HR Annual Cycles - Oversees the timeline, tracking, data management of mid year discussions and year end performance appraisals – sends summary on weekly basis to HR Manager or SLT/VP, HR as necessary.
- Immigration -ownership for all Malvern based I-9s including but not limited to processing I9s for all new hire/immigration cases.
- Reporting and Analytics – Provide necessary PeopleSoft reports and analytics to HR Manager and VP, HR. Owns analysis and reporting for the HR department: diversity, equity, compensation, promotion, and other reporting and analysis as needed- Prepares reports of results, presenting and explaining findings as needed; assists in building business cases based on findings. Collects, compiles, and analyzes company data and HR metrics from a variety of sources, including an HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, and other sources for trends in compensation, benefits, and more
- Special Projects - Support HR Manager and VP, HR as necessary with various special projects based upon business needs

Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a closely related field
- A strong knowledge base working with data and/or analytics tools, HRIS platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint
