Crane Mountain Dental is growing and looking to add two Full-Time Dental Assistants to our team! We are willing to train motivated candidates and help them obtain the certifications needed to become a Dental Assistant.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule may fluctuate slightly based on staffing and patient needs.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Direct patient care and support
- Clinical support for doctors and patients
- Sterilization and infection control procedures
- Dental lab work
- Taking dental radiographs (we can assist with certification)
- Assisting with treatment planning
- Administrative tasks during downtime
- Maintaining treatment rooms and supplies
Qualifications
No dental experience required—we will train the right candidate!
Our experienced team is committed to helping you succeed and grow in your career.
Preferred, but not required:
- Dental experience
- Medical office experience
- Insurance billing experience
Compensation
$18–$20 per hour DOE (Negotiable)
Pay increases available as certifications are obtained and skills advance.

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
- Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
- Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
- Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
- Develop a relationship with the patient.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
- Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
- Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
