Anticipated Shift Opportunities

Weekday Shifts

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM $22.50/hr 15% shift differential = $25.88/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM $22.50/hr 20% shift differential = $27.00/hr
  
  

Monday through Friday, consistent schedule

Weekend Shifts - Work 36 hours, get paid for 40

• Weekend Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday $22.50/hr 20% shift differential = $27.00/hr
• Weekend Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday $22.50/hr 20% shift differential = $27.00/hr

What You’ll Learn And Do

• As a Manufacturing and Production Machine Operator, you’ll be trained to:
• Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines
• Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Check materials and finished products to help maintain high standards
• Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals
• Learn specialized manufacturing processes used in secure production
• Build hands-on skills that can grow into a long-term career
  
  

How The Hiring Process Works

• Selected candidates typically begin through one of our staffing partners while completing the required security clearance process.
• Once you are cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you may become eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee, typically within approximately 90 days.
• Because clearance and onboarding take time, applying now helps us get to know you early and consider you as future openings become available.

• Must be a U.S. citizen
