Crane Currency is hiring Manufacturing Operators, Press Machine Operators, and Maintenance Technicians at our Nashua, NH facility. We manufacture advanced security features used in U.S. currency and banknotes around the world.

Current Opportunities & Pay

• Manufacturing Operators: Starting at $22.50/hour. Paid training is available, and no experience is required for select openings.
• Press Machine Operators: Starting at $25 to $29/hour, based on experience.
• Maintenance Technicians: $22 to $32/hour, based on experience.
  
  

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, plus 15% differential
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Mon through Friday, plus 20% differential
• Weekend Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Fri through Sun (Work 36 get paid for 40)
  
  

How You’ll Make An Impact

Depending on your position and experience, you may:

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, or repair manufacturing equipment
• Work with presses, coaters, slitters, converting equipment, HVAC systems, and other industrial machinery
• Inspect materials and finished products to meet strict quality standards
• Complete preventive maintenance and respond to equipment issues
• Identify defects, document production data, and help reduce downtime
• Follow detailed safety procedures and standardized work instructions
• Work with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams
• Cross-train on specialized equipment and high-security manufacturing processes
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Reliable, safety-focused team players who can follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to quality and accurate recordkeeping
• Basic computer skills and comfort using production or inspection systems
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for experienced operator and maintenance roles
• Relevant manufacturing, press/machine operation, equipment maintenance, or technical experience based on the position
• Recent technical graduates with relevant coursework and hands-on training may be considered for Maintenance Technician openings
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to meet Public Trust requirements

Some operator positions may begin through a trusted staffing partner while Public Trust clearance is completed. Following clearance, training, and successful performance, individuals may be considered for permanent employment with Crane Currency.
