Weekend Day Shift
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fri, Sat & Sun)
- $19.00/hr 20% shift diff ($22.80/hr)
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Fri, Sat & Sun)
- $19.00/hr 20% shift diff ($22.80/hr)
- 36 hours worked, paid for 40 with 20% shift differential
- Benefits/incentives, annual increases, PTO, and bonus potential after conversion
- Clear path to permanent employment at Crane in ~90 days
- Pay increase once you’re a certified operator

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be part of the front‑line team creating secure currency materials used in the U.S. and around the world. This is meaningful, high‑responsibility work in a controlled manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines
- Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Check materials and finished product to keep standards high
- Work closely with your team to hit daily goals
- Learn specialized processes used in high-security production
- You’ll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance
- Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you’ll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee (typically within 90 days)
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort in a manufacturing environment
- Dependability and strong attendance
- Team‑focused mindset
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, not required
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to meet requirements for a Position of Public Trust
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to pass a government background investigation (Position of Public Trust Clearance)
