- Operate a range of machining equipment, such as lathes, mills, drills, grinders, and CNC machines, following established procedures and specifications.
- Read blue prints, charts, and measuring equipment.
- Make tooling changes and adjustments.
- Expedite scheduled orders.
- Utilize standard measuring tools in order to take readings, verify quality and document data.
- Complete repetitive operations under detailed instructions.
- Seek assistance for resolving difficult operating problems.
- Maintain a safe work environment and uses proper safety devices as provided.
- Abide by and actively promotes all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures.
- Maintain a channel of communication between management and team members.
- Monitor personal productivity to ensure that established quality and production levels are maintained to support the business mission statement.
- Maintain 5-S Standards in work area.
- Actively participate in plant improvement projects and teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
