We’re looking for an experienced RF Design Engineer Lead to architect and develop cutting-edge RF, Microwave, and Millimeter-Wave integrated solutions (IMAs) for mission-critical defense and space systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with responsibility across proposal, design, prototyping, testing and production release—ideal for an engineer who enjoys technical depth and cross-functional collaboration.

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced RF Design Engineer Lead to architect and develop cutting-edge RF, Microwave, and Millimeter-Wave integrated solutions (IMAs) for mission-critical defense and space systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with responsibility across proposal, design, prototyping, testing and production release—ideal for an engineer who enjoys technical depth and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Architect and design end-to-end RF and mixed-signal systems (VHF to >40 GHz), including up/down converters, synthesizers, PLLs, mixers, filters, A/D converters and Digital architectures
- Model and simulate RF system performance using advanced analytical tools
- Support system integration, testing, and validation of high-reliability hardware for spaceflight and defense applications
- Translate customer specifications into hardware architecture, design documentation, and product releases
- 7 years of experience in RF/microwave/mmWave design; strong grasp of RF systems architecture and circuit design
- Familiarity with tools like ADS, AWR, HFSS, MATLAB, and Mechanical modeling applications
- Experience with hardware design from concept through production delivery
- BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred
