Service Technicians:

Responsibilities:
- Perform field maintenance, routine inspections, preventative, and complex repairs requiring strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Work on overhead cranes within allowed hours without compromising safety or quality.
- Conduct spot checks to ensure the highest level of quality and workmanship.
- Document findings and make consultative recommendations regarding repair and safety-related concerns to customers.
- Provide proper checklists and required forms for inspection or service-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing/industrial electrical/mechanical experience.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical theory, power and controls, and mechanical systems of cranes/hoists.
- Familiarity with OSHA/ANSI standards.
- Ability to maintain a professional, safe, productive, and compliant work environment.
- Passion for providing top-notch customer service.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
