We offer experience in many levels of care including; dementia care, IVs, wound care, orthopedic care, post-surgical care, rehabilitation services and numerous chronic health conditions.
LPN Supervisors provide leadership to STNAs. LPN Supervisors also work closely with our RN Supervisors, physicians and management team to ensure our high standards of resident care.

Professional Experience/Educational Requirements:
- Graduate of approved LPN School of Nursing
Certification / Licensure:
- Current State of Ohio LPN license
- Proof of valid Pharmacology course
