Crandall Medical Center, a non-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is hiring various LPN positions. We are located in the Village of Sebring, right off of Rt 62 between Salem and Alliance.

LPN Supervisors assist with many levels of care including dementia care, IVs, wound care, orthopedic care, post-surgical care, med pass, rehabilitation services and numerous chronic health conditions.

LPN Supervisors provide leadership to CNAs. LPN Supervisors also work closely with our RN Supervisors, physicians and management team to ensure our high standards of resident care.

Professional Experience/Educational Requirements:

Graduate of approved LPN School of Nursing

Certification / Licensure:

Current and in good standing State of Ohio LPN license

Proof of valid Pharmacology course
