Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking to take the next step in your leadership journey? Cranberry Place, a leading long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Cranberry Twp., PA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team for the 3 PM - 11 PM shift.
At Cranberry Place, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care while guiding and mentoring our nursing staff.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and direct the nursing activities during the 3 PM - 11 PM shift.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to our team of LPNs and CNAs.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resident care.
Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Participate in admissions, discharges, and care planning.
What We're Looking For:
Current and valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or acute care setting.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus, but we're also eager to speak with motivated RNs ready to grow into a supervisory role.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
