Cranberry Holistic Pet Care is looking for a client service representative to support our goal of creating healthier lives for our patients and their families. In joining our practice, you'll become a valued member of our team. We're looking for someone who's not just friendly and professional, but also outgoing with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our ideal candidate has proven customer service experience, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in using computers. We offer many options (both conventional medicine and alternative care) for health, hope, and support of the human-animal bond for our clientele, which includes the pets owned by our dedicated staff. Full- and part-time positions available, Monday-Saturday, with primarily day-time hours throughout the week. “Be Kind” is our motto; we exercise that within the team and with our clients. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- scheduling patient appointments
- preparing charts for upcoming appointments
- addressing client concerns via phone, text, and email
- checking clients out after appointments
- filing, scanning, or other duties as assigned
