We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with hearing disorders and keeping the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting diagnostic tests to assess hearing and balance problems
- Interpreting test results and making a diagnosis
- Developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Fitting and dispensing hearing aids and other assistive devices
- Providing counseling and education to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or equivalent
- State licensure as an Audiologist in the state of Virginia
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
