You’ll troubleshoot everything from shoddy air conditioning to vehicle electrical systems, conducting preventive maintenance and structural repairs along the way. $22 - $27 hourly
Responsibilities:- Team up with the manager and other mechanics to diagnose and service equipment coming in for repairs.
- On-call responsibilities for Irrigation/Frost Protection and supporting the head mechanic with engine performance during these times.
- Work with all types of equipment ranging from small engines to heavy equipment such as excavators, tractors, pick-ups, irrigation engines, and pumps.
- Driven by the opportunity to problem-solve various projects and challenges throughout the year.
- Support team with maintenance and repair of the cranberry receiving station for harvest activities.
- Team-oriented and growth mindset.
- Also willing to train young energetic driven individuals with previous mechanical experience.
