Team Member Usher/Concession/Box Office

Cranberry Cinemas is looking for team members open and close the business. These shifts sometimes require you to work past midnight. (1 a.m. for bigger releases.) This position does require to be available on holidays and weekends.

Weekly an employee must turn in an online availability. You are able to input what shifts will work for you that week: 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. , 5 p.m.-11 p.m. and/or 5 p.m.-12:30a.m.

Job Description:

A Team Member is a trustworthy, energetic employee that assists management in running the day-to-day operations of a movie theater while providing outstanding customer service. Team members have outgoing personalities and willingly interact with our customers to assist with their needs / concerns.

Job Duties (Not all-encompassing):

A Team Member is responsible for learning these positions at the theater:

• Box Office – Sells tickets and maintains/cleans ticketing area.
• Concession – Sells concessions and maintains/cleans concession area.
• Door – Collects tickets and directs customers to proper theaters.
• Usher – Cleans theaters, lobby, hallways, outside areas and restrooms.
• Birthday Usher- helping birthdays get their concession items and seated for film.
• Concierge – Greets customers when they arrive and leave the theater.
• Food prep-Making specialty drinks, hot food items, and following health code.
• Seater-Taking people to their physical chairs in the auditorium.

Requirements:

· Opening the theater at 9 a.m. or closing the theater until 1 a.m. You must be available to work these shifts, alone, during weekdays/weekends. We are recruiting talent that can work these shifts while the majority of our staff is in school/college.

· Shifts 5p.m.-12:30 a.m. (1 a.m. for bigger releases at $16 an hour) End times are tentative and change depending on length of films.

· Shifts 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.-11 p.m. (at $15 an hour)

· Valid ID and Social Security Card or Birth Certificate OR a Valid Passport

· Must be available evenings, holidays, and weekends

· Energetic and friendly
