We’re looking for a superstar Client Representative who will build and manage positive relationships with current and potential clients.
As a member of the Client Representative team, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to current clients, prospective clients, and our team of academic consultants. You will also perform inside sales while working to streamline administrative and sales processes within our Houston office.
This full-time position is based out of our Austin office.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Establishing and cultivating current and new client relationships as an account manager
- Answering incoming calls and responding to a high volume of email correspondence
- Providing excellent customer service to potential clients while advising them of Cram Crew’s services and packages, and responding to general inquiries
- Following up on sales leads and informing current clients about additional or new services
- Inputting client data and processing payments to create client accounts
- Managing multiple spreadsheets and programs to generate reports and ensure consistency in tracking sales and client communication
- Adhere to pre-existing protocols and practices to direct communication/inquiries to the correct departments
- Resolving client concerns in a professional, timely manner and escalating through appropriate channels as necessary
- Collaborating with team members to create initiatives that will increase client engagement
- Implementing strategic initiatives to exceed monthly sales goals

- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Available to work 30-40 hours per week during normal business hours; occasional evenings and Saturdays may be required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications such as Docs and Sheets
- Familiarity with Intuit QuickBooks preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
