Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with proactive solutions to enhance their stay.
- Maintain guest relations by offering information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations within a hospitality or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality management principles.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Familiarity with guest services, resort operations, and hotel management best practices.
