Job Description:

Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards of appearance and quality before delivery to customers or display on the lot.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects or damages and report them to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are showroom-ready and meet dealership standards.
• Assist with moving vehicles around the lot as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
