Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Hyundai vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex vehicle problems.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation.
• Work closely with service advisors to communicate vehicle issues and repair recommendations to customers.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Stay current with Hyundai technical updates, service bulletins, and training.
• Mentor and assist junior technicians to improve team performance.

Qualifications

• ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as an automotive technician, preferably with Hyundai vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computerized diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
