Position Overview
We are seeking an entry level Landscape Construction Driver/Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working outdoors and an eagerness to learn and grow in the landscape industry. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
This is an entry level position and we are happy to train the right candidate. We encourage experienced candidates to apply as well.
Responsibilities
- Assist crew leads and crew members in construction of all landscape features, including lawns, plantings, hardscapes and masonry
- Drive and operate a non CDL dump truck
- Perform general labor
- Operate hand tools and light equipment (e.g., compactors, saws).
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized worksite.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and crew leader directions
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and take directions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- *Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required*.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Experience driving with trailers is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
