What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers and families to understand their financial needs, goals, and long-term planning priorities
- Consult families specifically on life insurance needs—helping them evaluate coverage, beneficiaries, and future protection strategies
- Provide guidance on financial planning and investment options based on client circumstances
- Support customers with ongoing portfolio conversations, including asset allocation and product fit
- Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate next steps as needs evolve
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations and agency procedures
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
- 3 years of experience in financial services (preferred/required—adjust as needed)
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and communicate clearly
- High integrity and a client-first mindset focused on care, accuracy, and doing what’s right
- Analytical thinking and confidence in explaining recommendations and next steps
- Life & Health License Required
- FINRA Series 6 and 65 licenses preferred
