Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and merchandising, with strong skills in inventory control and customer service. This position is a part-time job running 14-18 hrs per week.
Duties for Part-time Merchandiser in Sheridan Wyoming.
- Implement merchandising plans and maintain displays to sell product
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed
- Collaborate with store and supervisor to build beverage displays
- Ensure products are priced accurately and promotions are displayed prominently
- Conduct regular stock checks and restock shelves
- Learn store procedures for checking in product
-Communicate with home office regarding orders and inventory levels
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to service all stores assigned
- Proficiency in inventory control to manage stock levels efficiently
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with customers
- Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain displays and keep track of products
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and discount calculations
- Ability to work collaboratively with store management for effective merchandising
-Must have a valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle to service stores. The company will pay mileage for determined stores.
-Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
-Must be willing to work some weekends ( a light schedule)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
