This position is located at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.
This position is not eligible for a telecommuting schedule, tasks for this position must be performed on-site.
Essential Functions
- Manage property by entering and updating data into property management system (Maximo).
- Perform physical audits and inventories across the Eastern Range.
- Develop required and ad hoc reports for internal or external agents in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Perform research, on-site asset verification, physical tagging, and record updates.
- Maintain property documents, files, correspondence, reports and other appropriate documentation relating to assignment.
- Dispose of Property by following departmental processes and coordinate with all representatives.
- Perform and rectify Loss, Theft, Damage or Destroyed (LTDD) items by following departmental processes and coordinate with all property custodians, employees and managers Serve as Vehicle Control Monitor to manage fleet of Government Vehicles
- Assist/Support team of Property Custodians and Vehicle Monitors.
- Support audits from other internal and external agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Zero to two years of experience in Property Management and/or Logistics Support
- Experience with supply inventory systems preferred.
- Experience with Maximo preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with Government Property Control, Government Vehicle Control and Air Force systems desired.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Ability to independently lift up to 40 Ibs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
The salary range for this role is $50,000; however, Craig Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
